We are staffed in our office from 8
a.m.-noon October-March and from 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. April-September. If we are not here
to answer your call, we will return your call at the earliest possible time. We
value our interaction with you.

Arrowhead Resort must receive a
deposit equal to the first night's stay at the base rate for each unit, plus tax, and
float deposit. This can be paid by credit card, check or money order and must be
received within seven business days of your booking or within seven business day
of receipt of your confirmation form by mail. Credit cards will be run
immediately.
- If we do not receive your deposit within
seven business days, your accommodation is not secure. In January, we begin
a waiting list and bookings that do not have deposits that are subject to cancellation.
However, we will do everything possible to contact you before we would
allow your slot to be filled form our waiting list. We highly value your
business.
